Answers to frequently asked questions
We have a total of ten rooms across three properties: the Lodge, Cottage and Retreat. All rooms are double occupancy, with the exception of the Coronet Suite which may be booked as a family suite on request for an additional cost. Extra beds may be provided in some rooms on request.
Continental and cooked breakfasts are served in the Lodge Dining Room (or alfresco by the pool on request) from 7.30am – 10.00am. Arrangements can be made for an earlier self-service continental breakfast if needed.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out is by 10.30am. Early check-in/late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability, and there is an extra charge of $50.
All guests are required to complete a Room Registration Form upon check-in. There is no smoking in the rooms and guests are liable for any and all damage to furniture, floor coverings and linens. In some suites, damaged bed linen could be charged for an amount up to NZD$2000 if items are permanently marked.
We accept Visa and MasterCard (surcharge 4% for guests of the Lodge and Cottage). We do not accept American Express.
TRANSPORT TO QUEENSTOWN/ARROWTOWN
Subject to availability a lodge staff member may be able to transfer you to
Queenstown for $45.00 or Arrowtown for $35.00 each way.
COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT PICK UP/DROP OFF
We offer a complimentary airport transfer service by prior request. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to book this. Please note 24 hours' notice may be required to guarantee availability.
The power points in your room operate on 240 volts. Power switches are in some rooms located on the side of the vanity cabinet and are black and hard to see.
Guests may enjoy a five course gourmet Trust the Chef Dinner (subject to any special dietary requirement or menu preferences). The price is $149 + GST per person.
Alternatively there are lots of excellent restaurants in nearby Arrowtown (10 minutes' drive) and Queenstown (15 - 20 minutes' drive) and a number of restaurants also offer delivery to Stoneridge. Please feel welcome to contact your hosts for more information.
We offer an outdoor spa pool for yoru enhoyment.
The lodge has a lap pool for your enjoyment and is solar heated during certain months of the year.
Housekeeping is completed usually between 11.00am and 2.00pm.
Kitchen facilities are not available for guest’s use, other than instant tea/coffee making and reheating takeaway food, for which there are facilities on the bench. The website stipulates no self- catering.
For your convenience a laundry bag service is available. Please contact your hosts. Laundry will be returned that evening or the next day. A charge of $35.00 per load applies. Ironing additional if required (please specify). There are no self- laundering facilities.
