We understand that, now more than ever, health and safety are at the forefront of our guests' minds. To ensure that you have a safe, clean & comfortable stay with us and ensure maximum flexibility for your booking, we have implemented additional cleaning and hygiene practices and a new flexible cancellation policy.

Contact Tracing

Whether you're staying in our accommodation, attending an event as a guest or have an appointment with one of our staff, we are keeping detailed records of all visitors to Stoneridge. Any guests on the property will be required to check in and provide their name, time & date of visit, contact number and address via the COVID-19 app so that information can be provided to the health authorities if required at any time. 

Social Distancing

We'd love to shake your hand and help with your bags - but to keep you safe, our staff have been trained to maintain a minimum physical distance of one metre from our guests so that you don't have to worry. We've also made some changes to our breakfast and dining areas to make sure that you don't come into contact with any other guests during your time here.

Advanced Hygiene

We have always had the highest hygiene standards, and we have now incorporated extra cleaning and sanitising into our housekeeping routine so that you can have peace of mind that your room is safe, clean and comfortable. We have replaced our breakfast buffet with individual continental breakfast platters to minimise interaction between guests, and we have made hand sanitiser available in all areas for use by both guests and staff.

Flexible Cancellation Policy

We hope that you'll be able to visit us as planned, but we understand that in these unprecedented times, we can't always be sure. That's why we're offering flexible date changes for all accommodation, wedding & event bookings with us at no cost to allow you to stay or celebrate with us at a later date.

Accommodation - transferable to any available date within 12 months

Weddings & Events - transferable to any available date within 36 months

Spa Treatments

All guests who have booked treatments at the red & orange levels are required to show their vaccine pass prior to their treatment taking place. At the green level, vaccine passes are not mandatory for treatment bookings, providing that face coverings are worn.
